Rebalance and flow with Annalisa
My classes are a balance between building strength and releasing tension from daily life. Expect a flow inspired by Vinyasa and Astanga, moving towards meditation, connecting the breath with movement, and weaving in yoga philosophy to support with health and wellbeing.

Centre yourself and find balance and harmony with a gentle yet dynamic vinyasa flow. Using the breath to move with awareness. The class will finish with a restorative practice to rest and restore the nervous system.
